It only took about 4 paragraphs to realize this is a load of crap. Furthermore, this is extremely damaging to the image of REAL designers (you excluded, as by the gist of the first 4 paragraphs you are just a clueless junior wannabe craving peer indulgence). Get a life. Or get another job.
